How do I hold no judgment?

Just realize that everyone is where they are and doing the best they can with what they have. Look for the good in people and you'll find it. This will stop you from criticizing and will actually build people up.

Don't judge your judgement.

You will judge...it's human. The difference is that you have the self-awareness to know you are doing it.

Also, the judgements we hold about others contain some story about ourselves.

Maybe what we judge in others are things we don't like about ourselves.

Or maybe it's something we're lacking—that we wish we did have—that makes us judge.

Use your judgements to look inward and learn about yourself. Some stuff won't be comfortable to look at...but you'll be growing in the process.

Practice being humble and open-minded by realizing that you can learn something from everyone.

I have the opposite problem, I hold more judgment towards most men than I do women. Once you understand that women are just broadcasters of emotion and what they do isn't always out of a logical mindset, you'll judge them far less.

It's about trying to see the world from every angle- or at least multiple angles. Once you realize that there is not one "right" way and try to empathize with others you'll come to an understanding that you can appreciate the way others operate-even if you don't agree. Like anything it just takes practice and an open mind.
