I know how that feels m8. It's dopamine withdrawal. Best thing you can do is fill your life with things you enjoy. I broke up with my bitch last week so now I'm in a similar situation but I'm trying to just acknowledge the withdrawal and move forward. Contacted my ex after a week of radio silence and she was super cold to me. I used that as fuel to finally move on.

Many years ago i keep contacting my ex to see whats up and went over unannouced and this dude cut up like mike tyson answerd the door sweating and smoking a cigarette he just got done with her she denied that she even knew me i was her dads friend lol but when shes done shes done until the badboys are finished with her.This helped me wake up and smell the coffe a woman will help kill her husband for alpha tingles we arent designed to be stupid cure the oneitis asap.
