I like to keep tabs on societal trends as much as the next RP guy. Here’s something I’ve noticed with my last few GFs and casual encounters - Anyone been hearing this?

When we talk about how she wants to be treated, I often hear women justify why they should or should not be treated in any particular way, as whether or not she “deserves it” (and yes, those EXACT words)

I’ve also observed women say that they felt they didn’t “deserve” better treatment when in an abusive relationship.

Deserve seems to play out in the female psyche much more strongly than in men. (Or at least in me) here’s my thoughts...

Women are the societal shapeshifters. They often mold the values of the next generation and they arbitrarily determine what’s high or low value/status. Therefore, in the FSM, it could be reasoned that there is a hierarchy of what a woman “deserves”, and that hierarchy is invisible to men.

it’s a beta, cuckqueen mindset, if you ask me. But it exists.

Now, in the male experience, we typically abhor any sense of entitlement. Men don’t deserve anything good or bad. We earn it, or we do it to ourselves. That’s our mantra. That’s our way of life.

So I’m curious as to the theory behind this strange female concept of “deserve”. Can anyone tell me the why behind the behavior? Maybe share some ways to protect from being manipulated by this too?
