I believe you can demote your gf to plate and keep her around. You have to show you are totally willing to lose her, just tell her to walk. If she wants to 'work it out' you resist on 10 levels citing that you know she will be out for a pound of flesh and you just won't live that way. If she comes back around for sex and attention you have an opening to keep her as a plate and now you can be open with her that you are seeing other girls.

I also want to say the cheating happened several months ago about 3, and its not until a few days ago that she found out. Our relationship was good for the last 2.5 months, we never fought and I never got with any other women.
