Is it just me?

This word just makes me sick. I always get it, every single girl, their friends, their family etc..

"Your so cute" "Hes a cutie" etc..

I dont know of its a legit compliment but it makes me feel like they are talking about a puppy dog or a baby.

Makes me feel like its the opposite of "You are dead sexy and I want you to slay this pussy"...feel like its basically beta-fying me.

Maybe Im just in my head...I dont know...anyone else get this bullshit and it grates on them?
