I think where the "wrong thinking" comes in is this: let's say someone broke their leg right? We'll the cast is going to keep their leg in better position and posture than not having a cast ever will, but once your leg is all better, you'll still be great without a cast.

Honestly, if your premature ejaculation is something that's a tough obstacle now, view Cialis like a cast or a crutch till you resolve some of the matters contributing to your premature ejaculation. Not a perfect analogy, but it's the best I've got.

Some meds are crutches that you don't need for life, but it gets you where you want to be until you do get where you want to be, then you don't need them anymore

Edit 2: also, I'm not an expert on this topic, but often times it's something emotional or in your head. I think you will find this is not permanent

You won't wanna hear this, but I tried Cialis not too long ago and it honestly didn't give me "porn star like qualities". Sure it gave me an epic boner and rounds 2 and 3 happened pretty easily with almost zero refractory needed. BUT I was still cumming way too fast. A lot of ppl say it's a psychological issue but I can't quite wrap my head around this or how exactly to surmount it. Ppl also swear by the reverse kegel method, so you could look into practicing those.

In the meantime, remember that your attitude about cumming too soon will also have a serious affect on how the girl perceives you. If you're cool and DGAF about it, then the girl will be cooler about it too. Cialis isn’t going to give you pornstar performance. But it will make you rock hard like a porn star.

Cialis is more for ED not PE. Only how it will work for PE is decreasing your refractory period.

When i first tried Cialis, i could bust and just keep going. Of course the sensitivity would effect me but after a while i got used to it.

What i would recommend though is doing a thorough research on the diff anti depressants that are used for PE. Some are stronger than others and have side effects you don’t want.

I used to have PE too and paid all this money seeing a urologist and he would give me zoloft. The trick with these anti depressants that decreases the PE is the amount of serotonin they get your body to release.

A downside to them is if too much serotonin is released, once it wears off, you feel shitty and it can cause depression, hence why some anti depressants shouldn’t be taken if you don’t need them for depression.

So talk to your doctor about the side effects and ask if there are any other milder alternative ones you can take.

Lots of missing info here. What’s your age, etc.? Have your testosterone levels checked (total and Free). Erectile Dysfunction is not just the inability to get it up. Premature ejaculation also falls under this umbrella. TRT was a game changer for me (46 been on it for 8 years). It can fix all kinds of weird shit. Depression, anxiety, loss of libido. I went from 6 meds to a single injection of test cypionate. Best decision ever. Talk to your primary doc and get a referral to a urologist. It isn’t a magic bullet, but it may help.

Cialis definitely works. Especially if you fap a few times before hand then take it. The only downside of this is that you may not be in the mood anymore lol.
