From all of the girls I know, 7 months is a pretty decent time. Maybe that's just because of my age group (college).

That being said, unless she's throwing a fit or being all depressed from you not saying it back, I just wouldn't worry about it.

My girl did the same thing, and I answered the same way you did at first.

Then, I thought about it, and told her it's not that I don't "love" her, it's that the word is so over used by society that is has lost it's meaning. I then asked her is she knows how I feel about her, and she said yes.

We haven't said I love you since. And it's way better not having to say it in my opinion.

Could be 6, could be a year. Whatever.

As long as there's no "move in, get married, have kids, be exclusive", or any pressing that you can't it's fine.

Her feelings for you are her feelings. There is no obligation for reciprocity, especially considering that she doesn't "love" you - she's attracted and invested in you because you are/do something that attracts her. If you ever stop doing that she'll dump you on the spot and that's about how important and trustworthy her "love" is.
Do not share your feelings with her. She doesn't care anyway. She wants an alpha and not someone who will "love" her.

TL/DR: name a woman who dumped his bf because he didn't "love" her.

When do you think you'll feel different? After some time or when she meets some criteria? If you have romantic feelings towards her it's ok to tell her after a while. It's not like you gonna wake up one day and feel "yeah I'm in love today". And telling this doesn't make you less manly, stoic or alpha.

Even if you're not exclusive with her (and she knows it) it's okay to tell a woman you love her. Sex God is pretty good about it. Get your girl to tell you she loves you when you are banging her and you both are about to come. Then tell her you love her too and bang her harder. She'll come so hard and be so emotional, you'll feel like you fucked her brains out!

I was dumb not to tell my current LTR I love her earlier. Now I feel like if I do she'll think I'm about to drop cash on a ring or something.
