Start with no contact. You played right into her game and allowed yourself to become a sad little bitch. This can be undone, but first, she's dead to you. Pictures, texts, social media connections, anything and everything having to do with her? Delete. NOW. The Rational Male suggests that this attitude towards a long distance relationships is being unconsciously used as a buffer to future rejection:

ok lets ask why that is. I bet it has something to do with that fact that deep down, you "dont want to be a player, break hearts, ruffle feathers" all because you dont want the same to happen to you. Do unto others etc.

Why do you have to deny your own sexuality? Is your desire to fuck toxic? Are you a toxic male?

She said all that sex shit because she knew she could prove how attractive she was to herself, just by egging you on with a few comments. You play into her fantasy by talking to her. She's all "Im gonna blueballs this guy internationally to prove the power of my pussy". Its a completely ego driven behaviour on her part.

Of course, she doesnt conceptualize ot like that. as a woman I imagine its much more sensual for her. She doesnt say to herself "im gonna make this guy jealous so I can feel powerful" its a behaviour she's learned over time.
