This is tough. First of all: get some professional help because this is not something you just „sit out“. Therapists can help in such cases.

To the girl who didn’t understand you: girls don’t understand problems. Only if you have solved them. But even then this might lower your frame a ton if you are not good at holding frame.

The concept of "virginity" only applies to females and never to males. You are not a virgin or not - you are a man. Calling a man a "virgin" is just something when people joke around.
