If she thinks something is wrong, or is worried, that isn't a bad thing. Slap her on the ass and tell her to undress when she starts with the "what's wrong" bullshit. That lets her know nothing is wrong, that you're in control, and that you still want to fuck her.

If she persists, shoot her the shittiest grin you've got, and say your boss/professor/TA/Mother Superior is trying to fuck you, and you can't decide if you're going to do it or not. make it clear you're kidding half-way in

She doesn't get to know your feelings ever, brah. EVER. except when you are happy, satisfied, or victorious. everything else remains concealed at all times. It takes work and discipline, but it is the only way to remain in control of the situation.

Alternatively, you can tell her to stop projecting on you and ask her what happened to make her think something is wrong. listen. nod. and keep her talking about her. then tell her to take her clothes off.

Ignore and redirect, or downplay. Make her feel that it's all in her head and you are the same as you've always been. Also, remember the boiling frog theory - you will get better results implementing things slowly than all at once.

Why do you have to answer, this isn't a character you are playing this is you. If this is just a temporary mask yea it will slip off but if this is truly how you feel a relationship should be it will just be you.

If she asks if you are mad, say no but as far as the is something wrong you can either choose to ignore it or say nothing is wrong at all.

Well, just something to think about, maybe you're going too far and putting on a fake persona. I'm no expert, but it seems to me that TRP is about getting rid of bad habits and conditioning so that your natural masculine self can shine through. Maybe you're trying to kind of skip this process and just throw on some personality traits that you read about that are supposed to be "alpha", without really addressing the underlying self-perception.

Being alpha is just about being you, the real, raw you that isn't full of bullshit social conditioning. You shouldn't have to do anything special to be alpha/redpill. It's just about cleaning up your brain to not have crazy conditioning, fears, anxieties, neediness, and various other neuroses. Once you get rid of that stuff all you have to do is just be yourself, or in other words act naturally.

That's my interpretation at least. So as far as what you should say.. just be honest. Just say you're fine, because you are fine. You are fine, aren't you?
