Hello TRP round table.

So, an office workers question. ..

I just started a job which bascially requires me to work 12+ hours a day almost 7 days a week. I work in the very project based "entertainment" industry and am just joining a project that is behind and has a very immovable deadline. Bottom line - I'll be working as much as I can stand for the next 3-4 months. Thank god it's an hourly contract.

Gym-wise, I had been making great progress with SL 5x5 after 6 months of it (with an injury in between). Was pretty happy with the progress.

Now, my work outs are going to be hard to come by. I've already had to resort to doing my bench or squats on a seperate day just so I can get back from lunch in time.

The only positive with this is that they company basically buys you lunch and dinner (since you essentially live at work) and I can order whatever helps fuel my lifting when I get a chance. Problem is, after sitting all day I just don't feel as powerful or pumped when I get to the gym.

After a week of these crunch work hours, I can already feel my posture slipping - and I'm drinking more coffee and can tell my face is looking older than I'd like.

Any advice from other cube-rat TRP'ers on how to continue bringing up that SMV in the gym (and otherwise) while in a kind of forced office dwelling monk-mode?
