Something that I've been experiencing for a long, long time. I make hard eye contact with a woman. Sometimes at a bar, or on the street, or anywhere.
I'm not new to approaching, and I enough going for me attraction wise that women occasionally approach me, but in moments when they're making clear non-verbal ioi's at me I feel a tremendous sense of panic especially for smiling and direct eye contact back. I'm 6' 4", I look down on virtually all women, but I still have this intense reaction.

Any tips on working through this and keeping a calm demeanor internally? Im sure I'm displaying this fear externally as well when it comes up.
