It seems you're an emotional dude. I've gone through that. I feel like I was in your shoes just years ago.

My solution was to sleep around. Test how attractive you are to women. Ask out the hottest girls you meet, Say yes to threesomes. This will totally challenge your monogamist beliefs, but it'll train you to understand the true nature of sexuality in both parties of our species.

But at the mean time, while handling your sexual life with a sense of deatchment, focus on yourself. Convert that anger into motivation to perpetuate you into a person you never knew you could be. I personally passed the limitations I thought I had.

Anger is the natural response to taking the Red Pill. The reason that you're so angry is that you have been deceived about the true nature of women. We've all been raised that they will appreciate you for being just you. They're not built that way, and having a realistic view on hypergamy will eventually set you up for realistic expectations.

Yes, being angry over all this is natural. It will pass...in time. It may be replaced by despair, but eventually you're going to have to learn to understand that women are prone to hypergamy, but that doesn't make them inherently evil or terrible. Use this knowledge to your advantage. The reason why so many Red Pillers stay angry and eventually bitterness is that they're not applying these truths. Goto the gym, approach, date, plate theory, kill that inner beta. Eventually you'll come out of this phase and into acceptance.

Maybe you would have kept her, maybe not, but it doesn't matter anymore. Your time is better spent now looking for new prospects. Stop chasing shadows and move forward.

yes you will be angry, it's the standard reaction to swallowing the pill that everyone of us has experienced. it's a knee jerk reaction when you realize you've been lied to your entire life, after being told to be a nice guy and treat a women well and she will love you unconditionally and discovering that is all a lie.

sure you'll regret the stuff you did but it's all in the past. embrace the change live your life exactly how you want to.

I felt much the way you do when I started trp. Spinning my first few plates helped. The anger comes back over and over again. Figure out where the anger comes from.

Is it the lying that's disrespectful and bothering you?

Is it the feeling of being inferior to other men?

Is it the loss of precious time and resources you invested during monogamy?

Those are the main three things that drive my anger. I can enjoy spinning plates provided that I address those fears. With plates I assume they're seeing other people and prepare for the lies. I know they're addicted to cock and realize the fluidity of AF, the large role timing can play, and that girls have strong irrational preferences. There will be times when you surprise yourself with your pulls and the quality of the competition you overcome. With the third point just have to be very careful with your investment. 9/10 times the return won't be good so don't do it.

I feel anger at myself mostly, because I think back to all the times I've taken the wrong fork in the road, or worse, froze and did nothing at all when the situation that called for action was literally handed to me on a silver platter.

I discovered trp early last 2015. The "Anger Phase" is bad (I screamed a few times, hit anything hard enough to not break). I was angry at myself (I was so fucking stupid, how could I not see what was really happening around me? I must have looked like a fool to everyone else, they probably laughed at me behind my back all the time...etc, etc) as much as at everyone else. The good thing about is it you can use that anger as fuel to make changes.

Just a heads up, the "Depression Phase" is worse than the Anger Phase.

Just keep plowing forward.
