To me it sounds like you read trp then decided to change your appearance to look like Donald Gibb which is why you are no longer getting pussy.

Alpha is a state of being either you are or you aren't. It is not a hairstyle, clothing style, or beard style.

If you are trying to hard, women can pick up on it and it will dry up their pussy.

There's lot of virtues for being a man. Yes. It's worth to being the best version of yourself. All the time.

But you need have to a masculine substance, first, before you put in any effort for manly clothes. Otherwise, if you just buy manly clothing, (leather cuffs, plain dark t-shirts, regular jeans, and leather work/motorcycle boots), but didn't work on your masculinity as it core, girls will know you're just being superficial or being superficially masculine in clothing ONLY. (And you'll be insecure, unsure, in whether they will or not like you or get attention. Ignore the fuck out of them. They will come to you soon, enough. They can smell a manly man, from a mile away. They love it. Just watch their behavior. They don't want to reveal their game)

With masculine substance, and masculine clothing, you need both.

How to do that, is to see what went wrong in your experience, why it didn't work. And fix that shit down. It's not easy. Not to suppose to be.

I can give you an example of mine. It was funny when I think of it years ago, and now it's fucking stupid of my choices, and weak, because I didn't understand how to be masculine.

Years before, I had dressed up nicely as "Gentlemen", but was so blue pill, and I thought being nice to women was a thing, and I actually, had taken advice from them. Never fucking works. I had lot of fuck ups with women, and it never ended well. Was totally blue pill to the core.

Manly substance to improve or grow:

RULE: Never take advice from women. Men have better perspective.

RULE: Get good at being a man. Don't be a good man, or bad man.

Being a good man doesn't actually help in getting what you want in life. Don't be good or bad. Alphas knows that.

RULE: Get fit. Be in shape. Worry about your fuckin self. It pays to be selfish.

Being Selfish is a necessity.

RULE: Work on your sexuality. Your stamina. No faping.

It is a small part, but it does impact relationship overall. Don't forget that. Remember, looks isn't always a factor. But it does play small part. Women do want a valued man, and by being masculine, it is valued. However, they won't admit that. They are very quiet, when you are masculine. They actually do love it. But they can't afford to show you their game, or they will lose power. The only way to take their power away from them, is being masculine.

RULE: Keep the fucking frame on.

I couldn't tell you how many times I lose frame. It's not fucking easy. But if you had your head right, slowly climbing the rope, to the top, and on to the next goal, you will feel stronger, and you are stronger. That's a masculine substance. Pain is a masculine substance.

All of this, is manly substance

All of it, is substance. They will respect you. In fact, even more. But be careful to not keep your tone salty. In fact, be relaxed. Be comfortable in your fucking skin. Pay no mind to losers. Keep improving. You're going to get there. To goals that you wants. But you also need to acknowledge your weakness points, your limited talents, improve and tip that scale almost equal to your strong points. Example, the Chinese have worked on their weakness more than their strong points, but it was somewhat more for academic, not quite for character-building, although it can be. You can apply that as well. But I wouldn't worry about being Alpha. That's not important. People already sincerely know that you are, because you worked on it, as the fucking man.

I think that's it for now. But I actually have a stubbed beard, and leather cuff, and I'm currently losing weights. And I wore jeans. I preferred jeans all the time. Plus, I'm lifting weights. But the heart at its core, have to be manly.

You're confused on what Alpha is. Alpha isn't clothes, a beard, or even a rugged masculine dude. Instead, it's the mindset putting your self and interests first, and not supplicating your actions to a female just because, well, she has a vagina.

Not that style, good hygiene, and lifting aren't key attraction points. They just aren't the base that attracts women, which is a light-hearted, fun, confident, self-focused dude.

If the external changes haven't had a positive effect on your interactions with women, take note that it's might be your own mindset that's limiting your successes.

It's not even a choice.

Alpha men can not choose to be subservient to others and that is what makes a man alpha at all. Some can be forced under threat to be subservient but some alphas just lose their shit and do combat-to-death regardless if faced with that challenge.

You don't get to re-define alpha as a look or an attitude other than dominance. That's what it is.

Beta is the opposite, men who must obey other leaders. They also have no choice. They feel repulsed by being put into a situation of needing to lead. Alphas feel repulsed by any expectation or suggestion they just follow others like stupid betas.
