It's a good trait but it's not inherently attractive. It won't get you the initial attraction but it'll make her prone to listen to you once the initial kick is there.

Being calm and non reactive is as alpha as it gets, disguising cowardice and conflict avoidance as calmness stinks and people outside their late teens can smell the stench from a mile away.

When it comes to "wise", I can't think of any solid point to make. Maybe avoid being overly profound, it's tiresome most times, but once in a while or just for a short moment it's cool.
