Do you get paranoid about your health regularly in general? If so, sounds like health anxiety or hypochondria. If that's the case then look up some methods of catching your anxious thought train. Meditation, talking to someone and breathing/mindfulness helps.

There's basically no risk of getting anything serious if you are using a condom. There's herpes, but seriously people who think it's a big deal should go fuck themselves. Just never get tested for herpes and it won't matter if you have it.
