Regarding your current situation, there's almost nothing there to judge by, except that one cringey "did I do something wrong" text it's all pretty benign. It's highly likely that she has other guys she dates/fucks, or she's just busy with her own life, or she's not that into you but enjoys your time and dick occasionally.
