I'm married, but sometimes I worry about my libido if it's too low. I usually do it every 3 or 4 days. The sex is always great, but the issue I'm thinking about is frequency, and I wonder if that can hurt my image.

A couple of times I've felt hints that my wife wanted to do it again, but if I'm not in the mood I just brush it off. I don't want to force myself into it only to be flat just because I'm not excited. But her merely hinting at it gives me stress. I know it's an insecurity, but I'd still like feedback on the issue.

Really, in essence, it just makes me doubt my masculinity. Especially when I hear about guys going every day or going twice or thrice in a row.

I don't exercise, so I plan on doing that to help. Any feedback is appreciated.
