The fact that you're posting for validation from others shows you're insecure about SOMETHING. You're six feet tall, you're already ahead of A LOT of people. Medical student, you're too busy to be worrying about why you're single. You get that degree, you'll land a VERY well paying job immediately, so long as you get your networking down. Who cares if a girl plays with you, there's about 3 BILLION more of them with holes you can stick your dinker in. Don't you have more important things to worry about? Most girls are busy dude. 5 hours? hahahahah Just chill, do other things, because she surely is. Have your boundaries, but lambasting her (especially if she's actually busty) isn't gonna help you. It shows you're too invested. I made a profile on POC with a 10/10 model, and girls still took forever. Don't speak in ultimates. An ultimate is the nuclear weapon of any argument. It is the total give in. If you say an ultimate to a girl (or anybody) she will know that you don't have other options. Which is extrem turn down.

Your looks aren’t the problem, it’s probably your text game and desire to drop your load. Try to keep encounters face-to-face. Don’t play up the med school thing too much or else girls will try to take things slowly and walk on egg shells - they don’t want to miss out on a potential provider. You want to exhibit your masculine traits first and have them like you for that, the med school fact could be an after thought.

Long story short, this isn’t a lost cause. Lurk some more and keep engaging girls during the day and night.

I don't know what your actually game is like, but to fix a huge amount of issues start lifting, proper grooming (hygiene, get a good haircut from an actual barber), take care of your heatlth, and dress like a man. The sidebar I mean ALL OF IT should help with the rest
