Before you bash me with the usual "oh you beta male". I had a girl which I considered a friend. She is a 6-7 and majors cs in the best tech school of our country can speak 3 languages etc. etc. and the main reason I see her as a friend is that she's my childhood friend from elementary and a fun person to be around. Anyways, last night we go out with her and sit at the shore and drink some beers. I didn't try to escalate as I don't want more than friendship from her. At point she says that people usually tell her that she is very introverted and doesnt shows her emotions well enough. After few moments, I tell her that I can't decide whether I see her as a flirt or a friend. After that she goes "Wym??" and then goes silent, less and less talking. At the end of the night, I told her that yeah she's a good friend.

Now I suspect she saw me as a potential mate or something but idk. She's gone radio silent since then too, no text etc.

Now, I'm not very good at reading social cues, was she interested in me? Should I hit her up now?

In short, can somebody break this down for an autist like me?
