Across the hall dorm neighbor basically gives me a death stare every single time we walk past each other in the hall. Usually with girls they’d stare for a quick second and look forward but she has her full attention on me. 4th time this has happened, I’m friends with her roommate on Snapchat and her roommate saw my story; within a minute later aforementioned girl added me but it’s been 5 days and she hasn’t texted first. My friend said she’s a weird chick for doing that because if a girl is interested in a guy she’ll text him through out the week
