I ignored her for one week after she was too busy to hang out.

1 week later she texted me saying "I forgot to say happy bday because i've been really busy" and how is it going. Is she feeling guilty that she forgot? Or is she reinterested?

I ended up texting back "Hi. Lol thanks. How've you been?" last night and still havent gotten a response 14 hours later. Do i just ignore her at this point
