Hey RP.

I'm really struggling on communicating. Casual conversations with coworkers, family, and friends.

I've been told many times that I am not nice. When I talk to people I rarely smile or make an effort in the conversation. I usually just say what needs to be said and then peace out. I've been told that my face naturally makes me look like I'm mad and people dislike that (WTF am I supposed to do about that?).

Anyways, how can I change this? Should I just start faking being happy when I converse with someone? Usually unless I'm with close friends I don't get in a fun/laughy attitude. I normally like to say my shit and move on.

I've been working a lot on myself lately and I'm tackling one task at a time. This is next on my list and I'm looking to improve.

IF anyone has any suggestions on how to successfully communicate with people and leave a good impression on them let me know.

EDIT: I guess I should mention that I try to model myself as a quiet professional. I don't like to speak to much and when I do what I say matters and should speak volumes. However, Im pretty positive I'm doing this all completely wrong.
