It's called using TRP for bp ideals, and it won't work.

I'm sure people have tried that, but I wouldn't advise that. Once you're doing it for a girl it's definitely sad because you're putting so much of your self worth on her. Do it for yourself, there are millions of other girls out there that will want you and are better than this bitch.

In my case I had an LTR in high school for a few months. She was a complete bitch so I ended things with her although she definitely had checked out of the relationship before I ended it.

Now 4 years later my SMV is higher than ever, and my EX has tried to hook up with me and get me back over the past 3 years. I've rejected her all those times as I find her repulsive she's also told my friends how she fucked up because she sees my plates which are 10x hotter than her.

Truth is it probably won't work. Guys, mainly young guys, most often lose chicks because they fail to act as men (granted that there are bitches out there). Purplepill gets you much further with a oneitis than a bluepill, what will get you further is a redpill, but once you go full redpill you won't care about your oneitis, because she will be just like any other girl.
I spent some time being purplepilled and it did make my oneitis like me and acknowledge my smv, just not more than her bf, I teetered on the edge of full redpill eventually and completely obliterated my relationship with my oneitis, I've had extinction bursts since, but I'm in a much better place now.
