So just to get some context.

I'm not going to write a paragraph but long story short, me and this girl have been in the same class. I started having feelings for her in the beggining of the semester (she gently rejected me, can't blame her). I'm in engineering school, doing well, I have enough friends, and I'm an all-around healthy and happy guy. But I never stopped thinking about her since I first saw her. Since she rejected me, I never felt interest in any girl, never been in a relationship (deepest thing I ever experienced with girls was meaningless kissing while dead drunk). But even though I have nothing to complain about in my life, I still feel I'm missing something. I never go to sleep without thinking about her. But even though I know I'll never have her, she's keeping me from having any relationship since I still can't develop interest in any other girl. No matter how hard I try deleting her from my life, I feel like she's already rooted in my brain and there's nothing I can do about it. Anyone ever been through something similar? If so how did you get out
