It's usually an excuse.

Just reply something like "I don't ask you if you had a boyfriend" or say "I have a girlfriend, now, where were we?" Until you hear no or they walk off, keep going.

There are 3 possibilities.

I don't/have a boyfriend but don't not interested in you.
I have a boy friend but I am interested in you and feeling guilt
I have a boy friend and I'm not interested but you are validating me so I'm going to waste your time.

In general if she mentions it without you expressing any Kino or innuendo it's Number 1.

If it's not mention until after initiation of Kino then it's generally 2.

If it's only after you begin to withdraw or change tactics it's 3.

In situations where it's 2 your in like sin. This is a basic shit test which can be ignored or AA.

My go to would "Is he single?" or if you want to be bolder and cheeky "Does he like to watch?"

If she continues Kino then she either is looking to branch swing and your in or she never had a boyfriend in the first place.

If she mentions very early on in the approach that she has a boyfriend she's telling you to fuck off. If she mentions midway through she's shit testing you because she's not sure if you're worth the risk (or she's using you for validation 'if he keeps hitting on me I must still be a big hottie'). If she mentions it much later she's DTF but exercising slut defense and LMR.

edit. If she doesn't mention boyfriend or husband all all and gives zero LMR or slut defense you're a stud muffin. Pat yourself on the dick for me.

Depends on the tone. As it's said around here; "Making a woman cheat is like making a duck eat bread."

If she tells you this early on, it's just a simple rejection. You have no value, she wants you out of her face, etc.

In your case, it seems she is mentioning it off-handedly. She's giving you a signal to push a boundary. She wants you take charge and take responsibility for her cheating. Sure, she may have a boyfriend, but all women are whores, remember? Except for my mother. But let's not forget; she's a woman, too.
