No. Any experience CAN help mold you if you approach it the right way. I did exactly what you are doing a long time ago. Did it make me alpha? No. Was it worth doing? Yes. Have I encorporated those experiences into a more alpha mindset? Very much so.

But it isnt a cure all. Nothing is.

Yeah it probably will. Most of my friends who went in beta came out much better in that sense. You'll get some great discipline, exercise, and a good dose of general masculinity.

Don't do it for a girl. Don't ever let any woman or the idea of this aforementioned "nice girl" be your motivator. Do it with yourself in mind. Do it to better yourself and you soon enough you'll be Chad himself. Chad doesn't give a fuck about that "nice girl."
