Don't believe the Disney crap. I have to counteract it regularly.
Don't believe the nonsense your mother tells you about relationships and don't let her hold you back. He actually approached a girl his age in a public place after they played together and asked if she wanted to be friends. When he wanted to call this new friend later, his mother put up tons of resistance to the idea. I had to run interference so he could do it.
Continual improvement, education, learning, sport, martial arts.
Figure out what you want, go for it and don't let anyone stop you.
Stand up for yourself. Don't let others, not even your mom and I boss you around.
