Eat well and do body weight. It won’t be perfect but it will help. Me honestly I’m not really too worried. I’ll get right back to it when the gyms open back up, that’s the most important thing to me

If your think that this shit show is going to be over in two weeks you’re delusional. The Spanish flu had 3 waves throughout 2-3 years. So get a home workout routine and quit bitching. Just think of how much better off you’ll be once this is over and every whiny “Chad” is fat from just sitting around, playing video games, and sleeping all day.

Nature would be retarded if your body just lost everything that you built up over years in just 2 weeks. I have been 4 weeks on vacation without any training and it barely made any difference except on some lifts

Been doing 500 push ups a day (I do 100 every 2 hours) for the last week and using some dumbbells + pull ups. Not the same as going to the gym but at least it prevents me from feeling like shit.

Build weights in your backyard. I went out and found a 200lb rock in the back field and am doing strongman with it. Or fill a bag with 120lb of dirt and duct tape it.

Yup it’s the worst feeling. Was grinding hard for nearly 2 years straight and now it’s all for nothing. Trump today said everything should open up by Easter Sunday but that’s being hopeful
