I'll preface this by saying that I'm currently in a gloomy state so what follows may sound depressing.

First of all, I think I represent the silent majority for the most part: socially isolated, intelligent enough to understand and be aware of the underlying social mechanisms that we call the redpill but unable to act on these observations to any self satisfying degree, average body, average job, average looks, poor upbringing.

Now my question is, how does this type of person, the type of person I am, largely average, riddled by constant anxiety and negative thinking born from poor programming during my developmental years, compare to the natural alpha, or heck, even the higher level beta? These are two types of people (moreso in the alphas case) who've had a constant stream of affirmation nearly everyday of their lives for years. Think about it, by the time a natural alpha reaches, say 25, they've been constantly reaffirmed by parents, friends, girls, mentors etc for 15+ years. And if they're extroverted, they've had thousands upon thousands of hours of practice socialising. Compare this experience to that of the socially isolated and introverted beta and the gulf between the two is absolutely astounding (in my opinion anyway).

Where is the advice for the guys that through having had a painful upbringing either characterised by neglect, physical or emotional abuse or pure abandonment they can't connect with people properly but based on these same experiences are hyper aware of people's behaviour and motives and exist within a weird limbo state where they never feel part of the 'party'.

How do severely emotionally traumatised men that put on their game faces every single day but nurse feelings of inadequacy and utter nihilism for the way their lives are and how life in general seems, find peace?

I'm certain I sound depressed right now but come on. I've swallowed the red pill, been scorned by women, know their nature and am dealing with that understanding (likely in the anger phase), but isn't there more to life than chasing pussy, lifting weights for pussy, acquiring resources and dressing well for pussy, clocking in each and every day to do work you feel indifferent about, taking breaks from these activities by going on short holidays to provide a short sense of reinvigoration and delusion, or seeing friends in bars or clubs to "let off steam".

Maybe I'm sounding like a Mgtow with thoughts that perhaps elude to me wanting to step away from the game, but you play games to win, nobody gets prizes for participating (unless being in unsatisfying relationships where you get cheated on or are not loved in the way you were brought up to understand love was is). So what do we do? The men that are hopelessly behind, nursing inferiority complexes, muddled and confused thoughts, depression, anxiety and apathy, if not, negativity towards life. We still want to win to! We still want to be alphas, not in the sense of leading, perhaps, but in the sense that we want to feel in control and powerful within our short and delicate lives.
