I've been with my girl for about 7-8 months now, very effortless relationship, I take the lead on everything, sex is plentiful, no drama, etc. The problem we have is our schedules.

She's a teacher (was recently forced to switch to a grade she's never taught) and currently going to grad school two nights a week, on her free nights she's stuck trying to catch up on reading, grading, etc. and basically drowning with work and classes. I'm a 9-5 engineer and also run my own business on the side ... in short, our schedules suck. She complains because we typically only see each other on Saturday night and all day Sunday. I can't quite figure out how to bridge this gap without coming across as needy even though we both agree we'd like to see more of each other.
