Shit tests is one aspect of the whole equation. Failing a shit test is not the reason for her dwindling interest.

Long term relationships are beta by nature, you're foregoing your entire sexual strategy as a man for one pussy. The longer you keep this up the less attracted she will be to you.

The bigger question is why are you letting your LTR shit test you so much? the answer to this is the the same as the answer to why is she shit testing you so much?

Both answers are the same: You have lost frame and are being beta-ized in the relationship. She is losing attraction and needs some drama to get the tingles back.

A better strategy to frequent shit tests from an LTR is agree and amplify and then say "why do you always say such rude things to me? Keep that up and we are done." Remember: You are the prize. If you doubt that, then make yourself the prize (lift, be successful, flirt with other women, be the leader in the relationship, etc.). If walking away from a relationship isn't an option you will consider, you are toast.

To answer your question about "what to do now", it is simple: Focus on your SMV, start spending more time out of the house by getting involved with outside activities, etc. The advice to get her back is exactly the same as the advice to prepare yourself for the breakup. Since that kind of tests don't come out of nowhere and her reaction was to punish you with no sex. I think you're operating in her world. I could be wrong though.

There was one LTR that I had where I almost cheated on her. When I was breaking the news to her, she was shaking violently because she was afraid that I'd LEAVE HER and that I didn't see any value in the relationship and was going to go for another more attractive prospect because I have options.

In that equation, I was the prize and she knew it down to the core. When I gave her comfort and consoled her telling her that I was tempted but valued her more than random broad #45 and gave her a hug, she was beaming and excited. I still remember the sex afterwards. That's the state that you should aspire to keep any LTR. At any moment, you are the greatest thing in her life.
