what are some things to remember (to maintain frame) when meeting the girl's closest friends for the first time?

Don't make a big show. Don't ask tons of questions. Introduce yourself with a quick smile and then for the most part - STFU.

Also, don't follow them around. Depending on where you're at it may be wise to excuse yourself.

But I'm not sure how to play it in this instance.

That's the best part of STFU - it's more difficult to step on your dick if you keep quiet.

If I show off my alpha qualities, her friends will probably get their panties wet and that again will up my value.

Increasing your SMV is always a good thing. Being purposefully beta lowers SMV - and might come back to bite you in an LTR.

As you already know, it's impossible to be alpha all the time when you're in an LTR. There are just too many opportunities to have small beta moments - you should not be having large beta tendencies. Proper frame keeps the big screw ups small.

So... don't be beta.

I would also add that if an opportunity comes along to take the lead, take it. You should strive for a good balance of STFU (don't talk too much) and AMOG (but not over bearingly and only if the opportunity presents itself to lead. Don't pull some weird shit outta left field).

Don't be afraid to be kind of flirty with them, especially if they are hot. It's a fine line through, don't over do it. Subtly is key. This should instill some low level dread. Be cool, don't over think it. I agree with first post here too.
