Withdrawal and dread game dont work long distance or atleast wont for you and are based on deeper understanding of the situation, knowing when to play that hand etc.

If you vetted your LTR properly, no. If your vetting process was dog-shit and you LTR'ed the wrong woman, then you lost nothing of value.

If she is going to cheat, she is going to cheat. Showing her more attention won't change that. It's a simple principle really. If you want to increase someone's attention withdrawal yours.

the thing with all relationships is you have to be fully willing to lose her. Only then can you act in a clear-headed manner. If she walks then she walks but you will have your self-respect that your not chasing after her.
