Having read meditations which was essentially compiled from Marcus Aurelius's notes. These notes were apparently found later and somehow survived and translated. However, Marcus Aurelius was known for his temperament and impatience throughout his life.
Why do you guys recommend his book? It seems that he didn't practice what he preached.
