When you watch porn to fap just because you're bored, that's when the problem start IMHO.

But it's the same with every addictive shit. When you smoke weed just because, or drink, or snort... just whatever that gives you easy dopamine and you start abusing it... that's when the problems start.

I feel like nofap is overhyped, but there is some truth to it. I often feel tired and sleepy after fapping and I'm not productive so I don't masturbate if I have a lot to do.

This is some sort of weird cart before the horse stuff. Banging multiple girls indeed does stop you from masturbating. If you are seeing a different girl every day and banging them multiple times that day you don't have the desire to masturbate.

The ideal, imo, is having 3 plates and a new girl at least every other week. Gives you variety, keeps your game sharp and gives you potential to replace a plate as soon as it breaks. When you're getting laid like a real player you will start seeing masturbation as uninteresting, even beneath you.

From my exprience, try to keep masturbation to 2-3 times a week and porn should be avoided most of the time but is okay occasionally.

You are in an excellent position, because of your age, to cut this problem out now before t becomes a seriously debilitating monster of an addiction, which is what happens to many guys. Porn becomes your vice to deal with any sort of uncomfortable thoughts or feelings.

On December 18th 2017 I recommitted to besting this habit, and have only relapsed 12 times since then. TWELVE times in about 9 months. Some people jerk off twelve times in 3-days.

I would say that one orgasm by way f masturbation per month (no porn) is probably fine. You do pay a price however, as it does zap you of your motivation and ambition for a few days.

There’s a palpable difference in your drive when you’re say 60 days without release, as opposed to 1. So consider that trade off.

In short, yes, get rid of porn. Then see what works for you as far as masturbation every now and then

Back in the 50's and 60's people said the exact same kinds of things about extramarital sex, that Nofap is saying today about masturbation. In the 20's and 30's it was dirty non-whites trying to supposedly corrupt your precious vulnerable morals and sensitivities. Or maybe jazz music.

In the 80's and 90's the same kind of people were having another Moral Panic about those dirty homosexuals. Of course gay people don't actually give a shit about hetero marriage or corrupting the kids or nonsense like that.

Sexuality is amoral and apolitical. Masturbating is hurting nobody else. If you like it, do it. If you don't like it and it makes you feel bad, don't do it.

Nothing else needs to be said about it. End if story. Ditch the stupid dogmas and insecurities. You do you.
