Have a plate who is the first to be open about her periods. I'd like to use this opportunity to learn more about this and how to predict her and my behavior.

Yesterday she said her periods started. She felt really bad last night and had some pain but recovered a bit today.

Is that when I start exerting alpha behaviours? From what I understood, she has about 6-7 days until ovulation so right now is the time to act alpha. Or is it the other way around?
