The Way of Men by Jack Donovan would be a good start for him. I haven't read Starting Strength but it has been highly recommended by a lot of members here so I think that would be a good start as well. There isn't much you can do for him because he needs to make his own decisions but those books could potentially nudge him in the right direction.

19 year old at a networking event? Sounds like he’s doing well on his own. If you want to help him be generally more successful maybe recommend the book “how to win friends & influence people”

If I were you, I'd keep in mind "you can a horse to water, but can't force it to drink". Essentially, it's up to him to improve himself.

Depending on how interested he is, I would send him "the Rational Male" or just tell him a few tips like "girls like strong and outgoing guys, you should join a gym". If he's super interested, show him r/TheRedPill.

All in all, it's really up to him. Provide him resources for his level. GL

Obviously you can't be a role model for him, since he needs another male for that. But you can introduce him to real sexuality. I imagine he's sexually attracted to you, if only because of the age difference. You can use this to show him what it means to be with a real, feminine woman. You can encourage his alpha qualities, give him guidance and show him that a real woman trusts a man, lets him be in charge and respects his masculine needs. Basically, you can help him get through oneitis and open up his sexuality.

It's tricky, because guys are vulnerable at 19. He may not be ready for this kind of thing, so you need to be gentle. You also need to be very careful that you don't use him for your own validation, which your ego will desperately want to do. Don't close him in like a smother mother, instead encourage his vitality by pointing him towards other women. Be kind to his boyish tendency to attach and help him to let it go gently but firmly. Lots of potential for damage here, so tread lightly. On the flip side, it could be a life-shaping experience for a 19 yo.
