First time in a serious LTR, about 8 months in at this point. It's been pretty fucked up (cheated on her couple of times, was abusive at the start) but I've internalised TRP more over the past few months and I've cleaned up my act, although I still have a long way to go. Every time I cheated on her, I came clean and told her we should break up. Every time, she cries and says she still wants to work this out because she knows it will get better.

So I'm writing this post because today she brought up a particular incident that happened the same day we had a break up a couple of months ago. TLDR -- brought another girl home the same night we broke uo, only to find my LTR waiting outside my place.

We had a great day yesterday capped off with some really good sex, so what she said today caught me off guard.

I noticed she seemed a little off over text today, and asked her whats up. She told me she was in a really bad, uncontrollable mood, and just felt like giving everything (the relationship) up. She is constantly afraid that I'm going to cheat on her again, and that she can't get that scene (of me bringing someone else home) out of her head.

Any advice on how I should handle this?
