Approach and game are like muscles, you need to exercise them to make them stronger. Just keep in mind that rejection is a good thing, all it did was tell you she was a waste of your time.

Lift, read, get a hobby, take a class and approach it's the only way to make progress.

No. Do both at the same time. There is no replacement for personal experience.

You can have every word of TRP theory memorized but it's useless if you're not out there making mistakes and comparing notes with stuff that you've read. Case in point, there are often posters here who claim to be well-read in TRP stuff but come here butthurt when they get rejected after a one-night stand and the girl doesn't want to be their Disney princess.

Making mistakes and getting burned is just as important as reading the material, IMO.

Monk mode, drop this dumb concept. You should always be on the grind, always working hard, always improving and never settling. As someone else mentioned, all aspects of life are like a muscle. You have to always work out to stay strong and you have to always talk to people to remain good at socializing. Even if you're not desirable yet, you need to be practicing your communication and flirting.

Do you have friends? Start there.

Then socialize with said friends.

When out with friends, approach a girl you are interested in and just make eye contact, smile and say hi.

Start with that.

Monk mode is for those who are addicted to gaming, alcohol, drugs. If you're reserved/introvert, going MM is the dumbest, worst thing you can do. Do the opposite of MM, make it habit to socialize daily.
