New job has been going well (IMO). For some reason, this old fat fuck at my job has it out for me. He is constantly harping on how much I don't know and how the company needs someone who knows what they're doing.

The people who hired me knew exactly of my experience - 4year degree and a 2 year internship. It doesn't matter why he doesn't like me, I don't care about that. He has spoken on numerous occasions, not to my face but very loud so that I could hear it.

I'm wondering what is a good red pill response to this situation? Obviously fighting would lose my job and would be stupid but i don't know how to handle it.
