So - as a result, I've nexted her (an extended soft next to just keep it moving, but not quite a hard next) with no intention to get back in contact and have successfully spun various plates and fucked since (that happened on Sat; secured an impromptu fuck in a pub toilets with a new plate the Monday after by way of crazy contrasts.)

She's texted me 4 days after the incident above and I responded with the usual "just been busy"; where she's replied "ah ok, hope all is well." Ignored message.

Now, I know usually after a SN if she makes contact, one would set up a date, escalate and fuck. But in this case, after failing so much with this one, offering any attention/escalating again seems like the stupidest idea ever; and would only if she insisted and after a significant amount of time. Also read into abundance mentality and outcome independence which leads me to this question..

Fully leave it/her for good, or only escalate for the bang if she really presses for it? Is it worth it?
