I have issues with sex drive but i don't have sex. I have managed to increase it recently. Meditation, yoga, lifting, saturated fats, proper rest, eating clean, supplements for vit D, zinc, magnesium etc. Looking into getting some Ashwaganda and seeing what that does for me, also Maca powder.

Buy some Maca and ZMA tablets. Get good sleep and do heavy lifts like squats and deadlifts to spike testosterone. Stop fapping all the time

Stop watching porn. It's the leading cause of sexual dysfunction in men (well, there's a very strong correlation, which doesn't mean causation, but self reported cases exists by the thousands).

If it's with the same girl. It's completely normal. If it's different girls, first check if it's physical or mental, test your levels of testosterone.

If it's physical there are a shit ton of recommendations here, lifting, good diet with saturated fats and adequate micro nutrients, maca, ensure you have enough water and sleep. Being rip also increase you test, and you can try with intermediate fasting (16 hours fast, 8 hours eating window).

If it's mental (your test is ok). You said you stopped watching porn long ago, so moving on there. Try with meditation, yoga or something like that.
