I believe that most of TRP advice is sound -- especially when it comes to the self-improvement side of things. However, most of TRP is filled with hate (i.e. Anger being Stage 2 of the five stages of grief), and most of the advice, I personally believe, is a bit of an overreaction.

I'm currently in a LTR with a girl. I'm 19, she's 18. While it's an "LTR", I treat her as a plate, and spend as little time as I could with her. My mode of living is MGTOW, even before I found out about TRP. I lift, I dress well, I got game, and I only pursue women that are worth my time (i.e. they've proven their worth/interest in me). Because of my mode of living, I do not believe in the concept of "love", but I do believe in the concept of "utility".

The way I treat girls is that of a older brother to a younger sister. I don't take them seriously. I set strong boundaries and keep a strong frame from the start of the interaction, but at the same time I balance this strictness with fun and awesome simply from my cocky and carefree attitude in life. I've been told by many girls it's what they find attractive in me, and I could live with that. To me, girls bring fun and emotional/sexual intimacy in my life.

Anyway, onto my LTR. I have no reason to suspect she's cheating. I intend to keep her as long as she's still worth my time, but I'll still seek out other candidate plates in the meantime. But I'll list this out plain and clear. Partly for my own self-reflection but also because I consult your advice. "Don't judge a girl by what she says, but her actions".

We met on Tinder. She's had 4 relationships in the past, and had sex 2 times at the age of 18. One of the guys was another person she met on Tinder -- she told me they went out multiple times, she thought he wanted a relationship, and she admitted that she made a "mistake" and that she was drunk when she did it. To this day, she still has him on Snapchat, her excuse was she likes seeing how he's gonna fuck up his life.

She also has other "friends" from Tinder, she told me at least three other guys. She's also from a school that's quite shit, and most of her friends are sluts (10+ relationships, cheated), hell, even one of her teachers is cheating on his wife with another student.

But does this all affect me? No not really. Hence, onto the reasons why she's worth keeping:

She cooks for me, bakes for me. She cleans the house for me unconditionally and makes cookies for me. She made a dreamcatcher for me -- taking 4-5 hours of her time -- when I moved into my new dorm. Knowing that I'm a medical student, and that I'm busy, 80% of the dates are her coming close to my school to meet me. She does not expect much from me (i.e. I don't pay for her lunches/dinners, and I don't usually send her back to her place after a date because... well, I'm a busy guy). She brought it up once and I told her firmly that I'm not her boytoy -- she never brought it up again. Needless to say she does a lot of things for me, whereas I merely spend a couple of hours with her once or twice a week, I don't pay much for dates, and most of the time sex is involved.

She's completely under my spell. One time I told her firmly to change her attitude on a few things (she is very negative and insecure). Over the weeks she did change, she shows more of her bubbly side, and she claims that I was the one that changed her to become more positive. That's great. Another time I told her I can't cum unless its through penetration, and advised her that she might consider getting on the pill -- she did as I asked. And finally, while she was in the shower, I decided to search my own name on her computer and found a letter she wrote to herself while I was away on a two-week trip. The letter is basically her way of getting her thoughts together (she is a very self-aware person and knows when she's overthinking). In the letter she confessed that she's never fallen in love with someone this hard. It's also worth mentioning that she said "I love you" the first time we fucked. And finally, there have been attempts when I imposed dread on her because her arguments were wasting my time -- she ALWAYS apologizes and follows up with an essay on how much she loves me, saying that "my feminist studies friends are going to look down on me for saying this but I'll do anything you want me to as long as you love me, I'll do anything to make this work".

Anyway, it is clear that I converted this girl and she is completely under my spell.

So you might be asking, what's the problem then? From absorbing TRP information, I can't help but overthink/overreact myself. I can't help but think that she might be cheating on me. I can't help but think about her history (although I'm a hypocrite). Every time I see a girl, negative connotations come in my mind. I'm living the life -- a girl is worshipping me -- and I'm unable to enjoy it. If anything, TRP has made me more insecure and cautious when it comes to women. TRP has turned me into a pessimist.

I should be enjoying this. Isn't this what the end-goal of TRP is all about? Having enough knowledge for self-preservance and understanding how the sexual dynamics in the modern world work -- so we can pursue the lifestyle that we enjoy?

Either way, I could use with some third-party advice.
