He more goes into 'alpha mindset'. What I take from it, is somebody who does what he wants, and put your unapologetic. Own mental point of origin stuff.

Don't think of Alpha as a particular person, or character. I actually think the term 'alpha' could be something better. It's mindset and behaviour. You put yourself first. A strong, healthy male. You ask how things will effect you, first, before others. 'Betas', nice guys, simps, weak dudes care what others will think, before themselves.

I think No More Mr Nice Guy is a better approach to working towards the healthy male Red Pill asks for, rather than trying to work out what 'Alpha' is. Be YOU, man. The best of YOU. YOU are Chad.
