I've been lurking on this subreddit for about 2 months. It has changed my views on a lot of things pertaining to women, and how I fucked up in most of my dating life (Raised by BP father). I want to hold off on chasing women until I improve my lifestyle.
Firstly, I want to start lifting. I'm not fat, just average. I also work at a job where I lift shit and work with tools and machinery, so I've lost even more weight. However, I want a more concentrated approach toward the fitness side. I know how calories work, but I'm rusty on the exercise and nutrition side of things.
I want to know what foods I can buy that are cheap but healthy so that I can build muscle and monitor my calorie intake before & after workouts.
I work 3rd shift if that helps.
