I'm 25, done school (bachelors in HR Management). I'm self employed, making about 75k a year (combination of mentoring drivers for Lyft, and being a real estate agent), with room for more profit as i'm able to get more real estate clients. I have an investment property in a growing area of Philadelphia and just bought a nice house in Northeast Philly that I plan to live in with my fiancee for at least 10 years (its in a great neighborhood, big, basement, back yard etc). I'm getting married next year (to a good looking girl with great personality, good family and a well paying job), and have the wedding pretty much paid for. I max out my IRA every year. No debt.

I think im doing well for my age. But despite working 50+hours a week, working out 5 times a week, reading a lot, and planning out future investment properties I never feel like i'm doing enough. I'm aways looking ahead, thinking well if I just had X amount of money, I could buy this awesome house thats on the market now, if I worked more I could afford to buy a house and get an investment property, etc. Its hard for me to just take it easy and enjoy what I already have. I always feel like I have to be constantly looking to the next big thing, even over the weekend when most people are relaxing. Does anyone else have this problem?
