No. If she was into you, she would have either blown off her dad or suggested an alternate date. This is a convenient excuse to duck you.

But you can load test it. Go zero contact for no less than seven days. Then re-open and try to set up a meet. If she reaches out to YOU before the seven days are up, try to set up a meet.

If you can set up a meet, game on. If you get another brush-off, next.
