2 ways of looking at it -

She's a woman, and women are like children. They're selfish, immature and demanding of attention and other things they haven't earned. So, you can make it clear to her that you know she lied, and then if she ever lies again - leave. But, if you do that - and you fail - you are fucked. You cannot bluff that shit.
She's a lying whore and you should dump her ass and go get laid tonight to get over it.
