Sit down and relax. Close ur eyes and try to separate your ego from urself like its another person. Sit down and visualize urself hugging the person thats needy and has onetites and love him unconditionally and tell him its ok. Its weird and sounds fruity but when u love the person inside you thats needy and has oneitis it goes away for some reason. Do the same for ur other bad qualities. Visualize urself loving unconditionally the person inside thats lazy and the other person thats hurt. Dm if u want the link to the youtube video where i learned this.
